*LIST ONLY PLEASE*
my surgery date is june 10th so i am just looking for some ideas from people with successful surgery and weight loss.
if you could list everything on your diet from today...or yesterdays intake i should say. everything that hit your mouth from morning pills to bedtime.
(if you want to add pre-op and post-op meals that would be great also)
thanks ahead for the replies(lol, if i get any).

I do eat quite a lot compared to some bandsters AND I eat carbs too. I guess I'm 5ft 10, so that helps, but also I run for an hour five times a week and am very active in my daily life, I work in a school, I am a full time university student and I have 3 kids, I'm always flat out busy and running around. If I didnt eat enough, and I didnt have some carbs, I'd be out of steam by 11 am.
I probably eat around 1500 to 1800 most days and I lost all my weight on that sort of intake.

Oh, about three months I think. I started with 3kms on the treadmill and gradually built it up over time as I trained for various fun runs - I got to about 10kms within 9 months and now I like to keep it between 7 and 10 depending on the route, with maybe one short 5km one in there per week.
However, I was banded at a BMI of 35 and was quite fit for a heavier person, obviously if you're more overweight and have been less active, take it at your own pace!
