What are you eating? Are you exercising? Are you taking vitamins?

I'm eating right, baked fish, shrimp, chicken, vegs, no breads or potatoes, drinking water (I aways could use more water) going to the gym twice a week try to push three times, go to the pool with the kids. I try not to miss my Vitiams.

I had no energy from mushies to regular foods. It was tough...I had to increase my calories. I was only eating 600-800 a day and my body was freaking out on me! I added back in more dairy foods and a few starches (white potatoes occassionally) and upped my calories to 1000-1200. It helped my energy level tremendously. I think part of the tiredness too was my body was still healing inside (though the outside was healed) from the surgery. My doctor also told me to take my vitamins 2x a day. I was taking two in the morning. I now take one in the morning and one at night. If you stay tired all the time you may want to call your doctor's office or nutritionist (if you have one) to see what they think.
