New type of Splenda it has Fiber in it :)
Ok so I use splenda all the time expecially in my coffee.
I was so surprised this weekend to find that they have come out with a new type of spenda.

This splenda had 1 gram of fiber per packet. I was soooooo flipping happy when I saw that. As a bandster i have stuggled with getting in all the fiber I need so this just helps add some more in along with using Fiber Sure.

Figured I would share with everyone since all of you on the board share so much.

Also if you can not find it at your market they do sell it online at the splenda website.

Good to know! I use Splenda only in baking, but still DH won't suffer by having a protein boost, so onto my grocery list it goes.
