A new soft food I discovered

It's low cal/low fat and good protein -

Old El Paso makes a new tub of shredded chicken in taco sauce - I got it in the meat section of my grocery store.

I mixed half a cup of this with half a cup of lowfat cottage cheese.

It was good!

That does sound good, except for the cottage cheese, I'd probably try fat free sour cream and shreaded cheese. Thanks for the info.

Soft foods settle with me and stay with me longer than solids. I don't do well with solids at all, well, at least back when I had restriction. You're right, it is easy to fall into the easy to eat habit, takes much less time to chew, LOL.

Since being banded I've become a Mexican food junkie, chili, refried beans, soft tacos, less the taco, lol. All that protein and fiber, yum.
