Wink new NSV

so this may be a small NSV but quite pleasant....I think...

had 1/2 cup rice & beans about a week ago with no problem....

and yesterday I had my FIRST actual sandwich....lunch had 1/2 tuna on sourdough....and the other half for PM snack....took about 20 minutes to nibble on each one...maybe I should put in for OT pay here!!!

And as long as I view the day eating behavior rather than just an isolated frenzy of stuffing myself as in pre-Band days, 1500~2000 calories is quite a lot to eat...this has to decrease though as my weight loss has slowed considerably....while my shape continues to morph towards that svelte and mysterious tall handsome stranger with the unplaceable accent and dueling scar....oh, wait, that's someone else...HAR!!!
