new meal today
I fixed up a pureed (joy-o-joy) mess of thin sliced roast beef, lots of yoghurt, a little low fat sour cream, chopped bell pepper, dijon mustard....and ate some....
WITH TWO CRACKERS!!!! No problems...so far.... :banana :banana :banana
although my calorie count has gone up the last few days, maybe nearly 1200 calories....still not much I know...
and yesterday I had a 1/4 chopped bell pepper, a bit of mushroom, a little cheese with an EGG....yummie!!!....at this rate I may not break into the sub-290 group for a while.... :cross-eye :cross-eye :cross-eye
