Needed: Smoothie recipies

Help Please.
I'm lactose intollerant and not dealing well with my pre and post op carnation instant breakfast that is required of my Dr - 2 wks before and 2 wks after. I dealt with it pre, but was banded on 10/5 and do not want to continue with the diahrrea and bleeding hemorroids any more. My dietician said I could start being creative with smoothies as long as I get my protein powder into them. Who has any good recipies? Any help appreciated... thanks... I got a neat single serve blender, but the book only came with high calorie recipies... :help::omg::kiss2:

OOOH I just bought a magic Bulett It is awsome! I made smoothies super easy. I cut my bananas in half and put them in those snack bags in the freezer. bought a bag of frozen mixed fruit divided them into the same types of bags and into the freezer. opened a can on condensed OJ and put it into a tupperware container....into the freezer. When I go to make my smoothies I grab I
1 baggie of half a banana cut up
1 baggie with about a cup of frozen fruit
One heaping spoon full of OJ concentrate
Start blending
and then I add milk to it you can add soy milk till it gets the consistancy you want it at then PRESTO you have breakfast...of course at the end you would add you protein powder to it and mix it up too.

My sister told me Raspberrys and blackberrys are not good because of the seeds. I have to agree. Tried that one this morning.

A co-worker sugested red grapes and apple pieces. I am just having fun with it.

JR,
I have a smoothie recipe that everyone has loved. This has over 40 grams of protein in about a 12 ounce smoothie. Recipe: half of bottle of Naked Protein Juice
5-6 strawberries sliced (frozen or fresh)
equal amount of pineapple chunks
3 ounces of Soy milk
1 scoop of unflavored protein powder
add ice and blend
Enjoy!
