Need breakfast ideas

I need help with breakfast ideas that have a lot of protein in them. I'm tired of eggs. I know the shakes have a lot of protein but being liquid they would just run through. I live in a small town with very little available to purchase. Please help .

I favor various uses of peanut butter added to my protein shakes or my version of 'the Holy Shredded Wheat'...

here's an interesting perspective : http://www.naturalstrength.com/nutri...ArticleID=1140

Also, buffalo jerky does very well for me in staying 'not hungry'....

Google research on this subject will also give you a lot of ideas....

cheers!!!

Breakfast is easy... a slice of turkey with a sloice of cheese rolled up...
cottage cheese with a little puree fruit, thin slice of smoked salmon with reduced fat cream chese on a bagl chip is also tasty...
stallone pudding is good to.

Does that REALLY fill you up for the morning???
I'm pre-fill and living on clear liquids right now, but healing and expect that. So will something as small as any of those (after a good fill) really curb hunger for the morning?
