Just ordered a sample of each for myself. Will follow-up with what I think once I get them. Anyone else have others to add that you can order a sample of?

I liked the Nectar Fuzzy Navel, Matrix Chocolate, IDS Multi-Pro Vanilla-Cinnamon (almost too sweet for me, though), and Whey Gourmet Peanut Butter Chocolate (best by far, IMO). You can get all those except the IDS at Netrition.com - The Internet's Premier Nutrition Superstore! (the Nectar and Matrix are under the Syntrax brand, and the Whey Gourmet is under the PVL brand).

I love cinnamon spice. Every morning I have my fav protein shake:
approx 8.5 oz. vanilla micellar milk (1/2 the carton) = 20 g pro
1 scoop vanilla unjury powder = 20 g pro
1/2 scoop low-carb chai tea (from bariatriceating.com)
4-5 ice cubes
blend well
enjoy!
I also like the Whey Gourmet chocolate peanut butter protein powder mixed w/ 1/2 carton of chocolate micellar milk.
I also mix a scoop of vanilla unjury powder w/ 1 vanilla 60 cal sugar free Jello pudding, a T or so of canned pumpkin, a splenda (to taste), & some cinnamon... tastes (to me) like pumpkin pie filling. yum!
Just play around w/the flavors you enjoy! Best wishes!

Have you tried the Whey Gourmet Artic Frappe whatever? I am a Starbucks feind so this might work if it tastes good.

I have tried their milk chocolate flavor, though, and it tastes like cardboard. The orange creamsicle flavor is nearly as bad.

Well shoot me a PM if you ever do and let me know. Come January when I get my band it is going to be VERY hard to not pull through that drive through Starbucks!

They've got a lot of stuff that you can get non-fat and sugar-free, although I usually just get a vanilla latte with 2% milk and regular syrup. As long as you work it into your daily calories, you'll be fine! And the lattes actually have a decent amount of protein, too.

I'll have to try one of those. I love fraps. Not much of a "hot" coffe drinker. I like mine cold. Do they have the fraps in non fat and sugar free?

Do they have the fraps in non fat and sugar free? | I looked them up on their website, and they've got what they call Frapuccino Lights, which have fewer calories (no whipped cream, for one) than the regular. A grande mocha FL has 140 calories, compared to 380 for the regular mocha frap. In the summer, I also like getting their iced coffee with vanilla syrup and a little cream or milk in it. It's not bad on calories.
