My meat discovery!!

I'm going to sound like a commercial! I've had a heck of a time with meat since being banded. The other day I got a marinator to go with my Food Saver. Wow!! I've had meat the last 3 nights with no problem . Using the marinator with my Food Saver has made meat super tender and very juicy. I've been able to eat chicken, pork and beef with no sliming, and no choking for the first time in 6 months. I am a happy girl!!

I had my appointment with the nutritionist today and that was an idea that she mentioned. She said marinating meat well was good way to get the meat in.
