mushie question

im going to start the mushie stage on tuesday and i had a quick question. can we have a protine drink inbetween meals?:cry

Just keep in mind how many calories. I suggest 1000-1100 per day. I would fill up at the end of evening with sf popsicles (around 30 calories) . I would not count these. Don't know why ... that is just the way I did it.
