Is this to much ?

I'm on full liquids and I heat up a whole can of soup then put it in the blender with parm cheese [its so good]
Is it supposed to be a cup size or does it matter
I don't no wut its like to be full so sometimes I have a jello with it also ..
and I could eat more but my husband stops me hahah
Hes like aren't u full yet ??
I'm like no ...

in general, it is preferable to eat a small amount more often rather than a larger quantity infrequently - this will help stabilize your blood sugar and you will feel better. Also, I have noticed that including protein with any carbohydrate is helpful. But discuss it with your doctor, my comments are only my experience.
