I ate them, but for me it was easy to get "stuck" with them - be careful, chew super well.

So far I have had no trouble eating nuts. Peanuts go down well. I do chew them so its like swallowing peanut butter.

I have to chew chew and not put too many in my mouth at one time. Since my last fill it almost feels like they scrape my stoma when they go through. I still love them though!

I haven't had any trouble but a lot of anxiety about peanuts/walnuts/raisins getting stuck...
sunflower seeds I just chew into a real mushie stage and they go right down...and it doesn't take many to make me full....I do nibble about a 1/2 spoonful several times /day tho....and they have LOTS of calories....

I eat one of those personal bags of cashews (the ones for .99 at any check-out)about once a week. Never had problems with it.

Too funny Greg!
I don't have any problems eating nuts, just be careful not to eat too many for all the calories.

oh, be very careful with nuts, they are loaded in calories, and you would be surprized at what a serving on nuts looks like. It's a quarter cup, and most people dont' know what that actually feels like. http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_food.html
