If anyone is still here on this thread?........................did anyone actually pay to download this diet plan? Is it worth it? Sounds good but no one mentioned that they actually bought it.

Dr put in another 1.8cc *213lbs :clap2::high5:

3rd -5/30- Dr found 1.3cc out of 1.8cc he put in 4 weeks ago.:noidea: Then added .9 cc more.

Now at 2.9cc *205 lbs
AT GOAL!! 120 LBS :clap2:

This may help with protein
Peanut Butter Oatmeal Protein Balls 1 1/2c peanut butter(simply jif)
2 scoops Chocolate protein powder 1/2c low carb special K cereal
3 Tabs sugar free maple syrup
1/4 c chooped nuts
3 packets splenda.Mix all together roll into walnut size balls. Roll in oatmeal. Yo're done. I don't know where i got this but i hope you enjoy.

Still Unfilled and all tests look good. Remove Band or live like this?

So what proteins do you usually eat after you've been banded for awhile. I eat alot of chicken breasts now, and I have been reading that chicken is hard to eat after banding.

I have never had a problem with chicken. Others have said it's very hard for them. The band is very individual. The best thing is to just try things cautiously. I also eat alot of grilled fish, such as tilapia or mahi mahi and of course, tuna. I boil eggs alot, but I can't eat scrambled. I eat alot of Breakstones Snack size Cottage Cheese and I love it. I also eat alot of beans, such as pintos or black eyed peas and butter beans. I also eat alot of crabcakes, especially if they are on the menu at restaurants.
