Recipe Book?

Hi just checking how this is coming along? I have some recipes but don't want to burden you if this project didn't take flight.

Let me know!

Angie4b1g , I posted several recipies on Zoho Creator - Recipes for Lap Banders before I realized you did not post that message. I can copy themand send the to you. Ithink I already sent you a few awhile back.

I would Love a CookBook, and will help you with whatever needs to be done. I think it is great and I am just getting into cooking. Married for a year and now the LAP-BAND®, fast food won't cut it anymore,so I need some new ideas.

I would love to have a cookbook. I do not have many recipes but the one that I have used most is for a beverage. Iam an avid chocolate lover so this one really comes in handy for me.

Sugar Free Hot Chocolate

8 oz skim milk
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa
3 pack of splenda

Heat millk until warm and then add cocoa and splenda.

Tastes so good even my kids drink it and can't tell the difference.

Hope this helps

Yummy, I am guessing you can use this same recipe and keep the milk cold and have chocolate milk?:confused2:

Count me in! I would love a copy as well. I am not banded yet but I am sure I would find it very helpful plus I love cookbooks of tried and true recipe favorites!
