Well, I will tell ya what.

I didn't get many recipes for this, but I'll try to forge ahead. I'll pull some stuff off the forums and from my abundance of recipes (I collect cookbooks). I'll come up with something and let ya know :)

Cook Book

I LOVE this idea! I will be banded on June 11th and this would be SUPER helpful. I will definitely order one and don't have any problems paying whatever they end up costing. Please let me know when we need to pay.

Thanks, and GREAT work!

Mo

I don't have any recipes but would love to have some new things to try.

There is a website FatBlog.Org - Weight Loss Surgery Forum - Index that has some good recipes posted as a sticky.

Online Cookbook

I keep getting responses about a cookbook. The easiest way for us to share our recipes is not to read through an entire blog to find one interesting, but to use an online database. I have created one you can just enter your recipes and everyone can access them at Zoho Creator - Online Database Application.

It would be great if we could get a link on this blog to the online database and everyone could contribute at no cost.

Have you combed through the hundreds of recipes already posted in the recipe section in this forum (and nicely categorised into liquids, mushies, etc)? If not, it's definitely worth a look and you can always PM the people who made the post to ask their permission to reproduce the recipe.

Here's the link, in case you've had difficulty finding it: http://www.lapbandtalk.com/f82/
