Lightbulb Ice Cream!!!

Hi All
:help: I have had great loss of more then 65 pounds but once again find myself additcted to the ice cream and weight gain. Does anyone have any idea's of how to get off the ice cream or has found any "subsitute" for ice cream? I just can not get enough of anything that is "ICE COLD". I even drink 2% milk only with ice in it. What ever happened to back in the days when they made ICE MILK? Any thoughts or suggestions please?

Try fat-free Fudgsicles. Mind you, this falls under "Do as I say, not as I do." I am an ice cream fanatic and have to make up for my (many) indulgences with exercise.

have you heard of skinny cow ice cream? its 98% fat free and only 140 calories per serving. Its is the best! My favorite is the peanut butter flavor. They sell them at Jewel and most major grocery stores.

Braums has a good low carb ice cream made with Splenda. It is called Carbwatch. You might try that...

I'm having your same problem. I used to eat so much pasta and bread and was never a big Ice Cream eater, but with my old favorites almost impossible to eat in a satisfying way, I've found I can eat way too much Ice Cream in one sitting. It has become my new addiction, which would maybe be ok if I got the sugar free or low fat kinds like everyone is suggesting, but no, I just found my favorite brand, Blue Bell, from Texas up here in Iowa and now have 5 boxes in the freezer. I have also been at the same weight for the last 4-5 months. I know why. I think as soon as I stop going down the frozen foods isle, Ill start losing again, and of course get more active. It just tastes SO good!:angry
