I need help...........

Having a sweet tooth and can't get rid of it. Does anyone have any suggestions? This all started around the Holidays and I can't get rid of it. Before the holidays it didn't bother me at all. Now I feel I have to have something sweet everyday.

If you are craving something...that's your body's way of telling you it's needed.

(as long as it's not emotional)

Crave it? Eat it!

I was like that too and it really stalled my weight loss efforts. I started drinking mango tea which I love. Some things that I really find help curb my sweet tooth are raisins and almonds or a spoonful of peanut butter.
I finally kicked that bad habit! I was eating ice cream everyday!
