I love me some shakes!

Does anyone else love the atkins advantage shakes? I love them very much. I would of never thought that I would find a protein shake that I love as much as this. They are creamy, thick and delicious! If anyone is looking for tasty shakes might I suggest these!

Yes, those were my favorite. Target brand was good too, my second choice.

Thank goodness for the band...no more of that mess!

My favorite shake now is the Oreo shake at Burger King. Three sips and I'm done!

I love the chocolate royal and delight shakes. They are the creamiest. I haven't tried the vinilla or strawberry just b/c I usually don't like those flavors.

I have to agree.... the Atkins are super good! I like all of the flavors but I lean towards vanilla and strawberry more. Just the opposite of ginger! haha I also really like the Slimfast Low Carb shakes. YUM!! I've been banded for going on 4 months now and I still really enjoy a shake almost every morning for breakfast due to my band being tighter in the early part of the day.

Lol, we're all different. I've tried one of those Atkins shakes, I'd seriously rather drink vomit warmed nicely in the microwave! Ick, most disgusting thing I've ever had.

Isnt it amazing how something someone finds delicious, someone else would puke over?
