I can't eat any grains....

I had my first fill on Tuesday, but even before that I couldn't tolerate bread or crackers. I had a few baked chips and was ok - but it's like I swallow the bread or whatever and it only goes part way down. Then with the next swallow or two it forms a big ball and you know what that means!

I miss bread. I can 't even eat a tortilla no matter how I chew it.:cry

But think how much weight you'll lose! :biggrin1:

It is hard when you miss things, but you WILL get over it. And believe me, there WILL come a time again when you can eat small amounts of bread or tortillas or whatever. This is temporary and all in the service of your journey towards greater health.
