| Yeah, I did the same thing!!! I had pudding.......but who knew!!!??? I would say maybe half that. You can always add more as you go, to get the flavor...and it is much easier than trying to thin it down again! I also used SF syrups, and peanut butter, even yogurt to flavor my shakes.
