How many servings of fruit is a large orange?

I'm trying to get 2 fruits and 2 veggies a day...but not sure about this giant orange I just ate....whew am I full!

Not sure but lucky you, I haven't been able to eat an orange since I was first banded!

I have to admit I spit some of the membranes out after I had chewed it up really well. I little gross- but still yummy!
