Help - not getting enough calories

I've just been banded and am on sugar free liquids...and I'm concerned I won't be getting any more than 100 calories in a day...is this going to be a major problem for my clear liquids stage? Any suggestions as to how to get more calories in?

early liquid phase calorie deficit doesn't last very long....fluids are important, and as we recover our ability to eat more increases....

My own progress at first found it was very difficult to get more than 400-500 calories a day with only about 30g protein....

By the end of mushie phase I was up to 900-1200 cal/day, getting all my protein.

DW made some wonderful 'turkey broth' that revived me, and the cubed bullion tablets helped too.

I used high protein shakes with a little peanut butter added also. It can be done, just takes a bit of adapting. Cheers.

Thank you for tips, just went and picked up some Isopure, and have home made broth waiting for me when I get home, so should be ok then.
