Help i dont eat yogurt or cheese!!!!!!!!!

OK I HAVE A BIG, BIG PROBLEM...

I DONT EAT YOGURT

AND I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING ON THE MARKET

FOR SOME STRANG REASON I CANT SWOLLOW IT

AND EVRYONE HAS GREAT IDEAS ON HERE SO IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE THAT I CAN EAT?????

NOW ABOUT THE CHEESE AS A KID I ATE SO MUCH CHEESE THAT I CANT EAT IT ANY MORE

MAYBE ONE OR TWO SLICES BUT THATS ALL YOUR GOING TO GET OUT OF ME

SO WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE PLEASE HELP A SISTER OUT BECAUSE I NEED SOME IDEAS......

Umm ditto I would love to see the responses!!! I am struggling right now myself 4 months out and no weight loss!

Have you tried the soy cheeses in the natural foods section of your grocery store? They're pretty decent, esp if you're adding them to things. There are different brands and types so you'll have to find one you like. They are different in texture too so do make note of that. But experiment and see waht you find that you might like.

As far as the yogurt, have you tried greek yogurt? I can't stand yogurt or cottage cheese (it's a texture thing) but I LOVE greek yogurt! By a small container and see if you like it. There are different brands and flavors, even the plain is good and I can't handle even a bite of plain yogurt!

I don't eat any dairy generally, but LOVE cheese so much I am always on the hunt. Most makes me sick- even soy cheese (casein is in it.)

BUT I found YOGURT CHEESE at Trader Joe's. It's lactose free and tastes good to me.

I can't eat yogurt at all, so I don't know why I can eat that, but it's good and doesn't make me sick, just a LITTLE gassy, but that's a lot better than what usually happens to me!
