Green Giant Healthy Weight Vegetables

I just discovered these and they are great! I've been having a hard time getting my vegetables in and I was grocery shopping at Wal-Mart and came across these. It's called Green Giant Healthy Weight Vegetables. It consists of sliced carrots, sugar snap peas, black beans and edamame lightly tossed with a butter sauce. It comes in a small box in the frozen section and it has 2 servings : 90 cal, 2.5g fat, 5g protein per serving. I noticed it goes down better than others I have tried and it is delicious!

There's a lot of really good frozen veggies in 'cheese "sauce"', and butter sauce that are low cal and yummy yummy.

Yep. If I don't feel like cooking, I'll just pop a peas in butter sauce or brocolli in cheese sauce Green Giant in the microwave. They usually last me 2-3 meals, at least.

If anyone uses The Daily Plate for calorie tracking, you can find these vegetables listed under Green Giant Healthy Weight. I tried putting "vegetables" on the end and could not get it to come up.

Calorie Counter, Diet Tracking, Food Journal, Nutrition Facts at The Daily Plate
