Cool Got milk?

I was kinda wondering what milk everyone drinks after the band. Right now im drinking fat free skim milk which is 80 calories . I dont drink this everyday , but i try to get some milk at lest every other. Has anyone tried rice milk ,Goat milk or soy milk? If so please list the brand that you like the best. Thanks ahead!

I drink 1 or 2% cows milk. I sometimes buy goats milk. I have not tried rice milk, but I have tried almond milk. I am pretty sure that nutritionally they are inferior to cow or goats milk.

With all the research about soy and links to thyroid issues, I would not drink soy milk unless I had an allergy to reg milk. I occassionally use soy protien, so I am concerned about using too much soy.

Just my opinion.

PS. I drink at least one glass of milk daily

I drink skim & 2%. I had to keep both in the house to begin with, but DH won't drink skim.. they are the same taste to me.. so now I drink 2% at home (so I only have to buy one), or skim when I get it out of the vending machine at work.
