Wednesday, Feb 23 Breakfast: cup of cafe Vienna - 150 calories Snack: One cinnamon sucker - 70 calories Lunch: Tuna - 300 calories Dinner: 1/2 Lemon Pepper chicken breast (approx 3 oz) - 160 calories 1/3 cup steamed broccoli 1/3 cup steamed zuchini 1/3 cup steamed squash Total Calories: 680 calories Total Protein: 33 gm just in the chicken alone

Notice how breakfast and lunch are always perfect, but then I peter out at dinner? DOH!

1 small chicken thigh rotiseried with jerk
1/3 cup black bean, garbonzo bean corn and onion salad
1/4 cup black beans
snack: 115 cal
1 cup grapes
dinner 300
1 small chicken thigh rotiseried with jerk
1/3 cup black bean, garbonzo bean corn and onion salad
1/4 cup black beans
yet another snack: 85 calories
wasa cracker
no sugar added popsicle
total for the day: 1255

Breakfast one packet of oatmeal, blended with some milk
coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 and turbinado sugar
Lunch:
one protein shake
snack:
s/f pudding
dinner:
Homemade broccolli soup
onions, garlic, basil, broccoli, colliflower, chicken sausage, milk, olive oil

Shoot, I hate when these old threads come back and force me to tell everyone that I busted my butt exercising and weight-lifting this morning, then ate 1 1/2 Go-Go-Taquitos from 7-11 after a Mocha coffee. I NEVER eat breakfast. See what evil exercise does to us?

Lisa, when I don't eat breakfast I find that I eat more at night. You're SUPPOSED TO EAT breakfast!
