evening salty snack

I have started drinking Campbell's chicken broth in the evenings when i watch tv.It's salty, warm, feels like a meal and for 1 cup it has:
10 cal
1.8 protein
0.1 fat
0.5 carbs
Yum!
:D

Hi C -- When you move to full liquids, try Campbell's Creamy Chicken Verde. It's a little more caloric, but in the liquid phase, that doesn't really matter. You mix the condensed soup with milk. It's filling, mildly spicy, and tastes great, especially if you're yearning for salt and spice.

C, how much sodium does it have? Sodium, unfortunately, makes us retain water and too much is hard on the heart and kidneys. Sorry, don't mean to be a "party pooper". Maybe you could "water it down" a little bit. :)
