best possible business meal

I have to eat a lot of meals with people I work with and customers. it can be pretty akward because I don't really want to discuss why I am not eating. the week I went out to a brazilian steak house - this is the best possible business meal for a bander.

the idea is, waiters walk around with spits of various types of meat, and you choose what you want.

1. nobody really notices how much you actually take
2. everybody has food on their plate that they don't eat, so nobody notices that you haven't really eaten the food on your plate
3. you can nibble on a little meat, and try several different types, so you can enjoy it, too
4. the waiters take away your plate and replace it when ever you want, so it really is very hard for anybody to notice if you eat or not

I am thinking that dim sum would be a good option too, for all of the same reasons.

Good idea.

I've not mastered eating in public yet. I carry a cup in my purse for ...well, you know. I tend to overeat while out.

I just order an appetizer. Shrimp cocktail or a crab cake or something.
