Is there any reason why I shouldn't/couldn't add a whole bunch of Benefiber to a whole container of milk (or juice or Crystal Light or a jug of water, for example) and leave it in my fridge for a couple days? Is there anything saying what you add your Benefiber to needs to be consumed ASAP? I just know I would be alot better at getting it in if it was already in the things I consume most.
So what do you think?
