teresa - u cant have european jello (in Europe) AND a band lol, thats greedy;)
LOL

Our Jello, your jelly should be fine on your liquid diet. We have pre-made packs in the stores as well which come in sugar free. However, even those that are not sugar free would still be a good choice on the liquid phase.

Our jelly, your jam is usually much sweeter and we spread it on bread too.

I think you do lurrrrvee jello. lol
I say make you some and have it. I don't see why you couldn't. ;)

Sounds like your English jelly is like our Jello - sets up, semi-firm, wiggles (like my upper arms) and your Jam is like our Jelly - spreadable on breads, scones, biscuits.

Interesting to see different terminology used in different countries/locales.:)

Shireen,

I'm just curious....where your doctor's orders "Clear liquids" for 2 weeks or "Full liquids"? I know all doctors have different post banding rules.

Chris, My doctor said clear liquids for 2 weeks, then full liquids for 2 weeks (I'm on that now) and then soft (mush) foods for 2 weeks.
