Hi - I'm Debbie. I had Lap Band surgery on 2/19/07. I've lost 65-68 lbs. (depends on the day). I haven't lost anything in the past probably 6 weeks. I know it's my own fault because I'm totally not eating right.

I must admit I haven't worked too awfully hard to lose what I've lost. What I'm realizing is it is time for me to work w/my band; I can no longer sit back and let it do all the work.
I'm a total sugar addict and just cannot stop it. Yet, I know I'm capable because I had to do a 2 week liquid diet before my surgery where I had no sugar. Any advice to get me back on track and help me kick this sugar addition?
