I started exercising AGAIN today, after hurting my back, and not being able to workout our for months, and I am feeling great! it's feels so good to get back to it! I bought an MP4 player and I get so into my music, I forget that I am exercising. I LOVE IT! CHECK THIS SITE OUT!
