Yet Another Newbie

Hi guys. After trawling the internet for weeks, I've actually found the thread I'm looking for.

I live in Scotland and after thinking about this for ages, as well as researching everything I could on the subject - I'm getting my surgery on WEDNESDAY!!!!! nervous but excited - can't wait. I know its going to be tough, but can't wait to get some of this bulk off and hit the shops!!
