Just to let you all no the next get together of the south west support group is Saturday 12th May 7-730pm (ish) start. At the Lamb and Flag Cribbs Causeway Bristol Just off M5. Very easy to find every one welcome. There is a travell lodge there if you have ot travel. We normally have a great night

Could you tell me what is the normal format of the meeting? I like the idea of a support group...god knows I feel a bit lonely with my fat sometimes! :help:

Could you give me more info on this support group and maybe let me know their next meeting date as I seem to have missed this one!
