protein drinks

hi everyone
please can anyone help l am very restricted at the moment l have 6ml in a 10ml band l do always feel tight after a fill and after a couplr of weeks it gets better l am finding it difficult to eat solids l am able to eat cheese l also can manage slimfast if l water it down a little. if anyone could helpl would be grateful

Slim fast Euw!!!

I have IDS protein shots.... 42g of protein in 100mls! I have half a lunch time and half before bed.... (I read somewhere that you shouldn't have too much at one sitting as the body can't absorb it!)
They're not at all milky, which is ideal, for me, and it small volume so easy if you're not keen on the flavour!
