I am sure it will make a difference for you H. You are doing so well already, your halo is in the post ;) . Hows your OH doing? Close to that body for life target?

OH is doing really well, 1 stone off in 3 weeks so he's happy!
Struggling this morning with my brekkie, have it sat beside me as I type 150g cottage cheese and 100 fresh chopped pineapple.... I've managed about half of the fruit and 2/3 of the cheese..... I have 7 more minutes to finish what's there, if there's any left, after 20 minutes I shouldn't even try to eat it (more bandster rules!) I don't think I'm going to manage any more at the moment!
Had a really 'wet' dinner (griddled salmon and ratatouille) last night so that slipped down quite easily.... Pork chops for dinner.... Dunno how that's going to go, but I have to

I tend to avoid pork, as I find it really dry. Or maybe I'm cooking it incorrectly lol.
Wow that's great! I bet your OH is dead chuffed!
Ahhh griddle salmon, mmmmm that sounds scrummy, I think a trip to sainsburys is in order :)
I'm contemplating another fill but at the moment I am yo-yo'ing, not intentionally, one day I feel ravenous the next I'm finding it hard to drink a shake for breakfast. Mind you its TOM so everything is up the creek, I really had to push myself yesterday with Johnny. But, he changed our usual routine but it was still a toughie.
How is your fitness going, I think your even more dedicated than I am, I have let the morning exercise slide a little, I really need to get back into it, as it is a really nice way of waking up for the rest of the day!.

The exercise is going really good We're halfway through week 4 of the 6 mornings of working out a week..... My weight is coming off (although no loss last week for the obvious reasons if you read the eating thread!) I'm feeling so much fitter..... when I started doing the cardio (20 minutes) I was only burning 210 cals in the time..... because the workout is based on my own perception of intensity, I've trained more vigorously and today in 20 minutes I burned 300 calories! So my fitness is certainly improving with the interval training!
Because I keep a diet and exercise diary and record my workouts including how hard I think I've worked, calories burned (machine readings) and what I'm going to do next time I can see the improvements and it's keeping me motivated.... two more weeks and we will be changing our routines, to keep the muscles improving at the same rate ( apparently you have to change your routines regularly as the body gets more efficient at the same exercises and burns less calories !!! Dunno how that works, maybe you can ask Jonnie?)
Getting up in the morning and exercising has really improved my health and temper!
