First Fill on Monday

Probably have the answers to this on the site but just thought I would check with the UK members. When I get my fill on Monday do I need to be aware of any potential problems? Any tips or hints out there on what to expect?
Is it easier to go back on liquid for a time?

Bit nervous and not sure what to expect-need a fill as appetite returning and worried that I will undo all my good work so far.

No worries all done. Easy as anything and over in minutes. met two lovely ladies and had a chat with them. The were done the same day as me and were also in for a first fill. Just hope this works but not worried if it needs a top up later on.:clap2:
