in the main forum the americans keep talking/raving about 'crystal light' drinks which are not available in the uk but i have found a resonably priced seller on ebay and have ordered a sample pack of 11 sachets (1 of each flavour) for £2.50 + £2p&p.
from what i've read on lapbandtalk i think it's a flavoured protein powder that you add to water.

Sorry to tell you this, but Crystal light has no Protein in it. But it is a tasty drink with no calories.
