Back and banded

Hi everyone. I was banded on 12th July with Sallieanne. I went for my discharge with Dr Richardson on Friday and he was great. I have lost 3 stone (all but 1llb) and feel great. Booked in for my first fill tomorrow back at Dolan Park. Have you had your first fill yet - how was it??? I've started dancing and cycling and hope the next couple of months is as successful - I want tohave lost more weight ready for the LBD at christmas...

Good luck with ya first fill , Fills dont seem to be a big deal , people say
I was only banded on Friday , But doing good , hoping Im gona do as well as u before my first fill too .
6 weeks for my first fill ..
Good to hear your active with dancing etc , Its all about exercising too eh really gets the pounds off ....
