6 days out and lost 10 pounds!!!
Hi Everyone, I had my band in last friday and was over the moon at my weigh in last night to find I have lost 10 pounds already!!!! So pleased with that start. Tried to update my ticker but not sure have managed it!

Hi Sal, No he didnt, he said I could do the alternative diet which is low fat and around 1000 cals a day. I did have a few cheats when on this tho.... Good luck Sal.... happy to answer any questions you have xx
