Worried

Has anyone out there had to have their band placed surgically instead of laparoscopicly? I may have to have mine done surgically due to scar tissue from a previous surgery. Just wondering how long you were in the hosp and how long you were out of work. Oh yeah and the pain level. thanks

I had my first band put in as an open surgery (thats what we call it in Australia) It took me about a week to recover, it does hurt more since you do have a larger wound, try not to be to nerous as it is all worth it.
