What does "full" feel like for you?

I thought I would put this in the Bandster Basics as it was a question I really wondered about when I was first banded.

For me, I feel it in my chest. It is a slight tightness -- sort of like you have just eaten something dry and you need a drink. I've heard it referred to as the "Bandster Pledge of Alegiance" because as you get full you have a tendency to place your hand on your chest. I also feel a little 'soft stop' when I have had enough. It can be an involuntary sigh or hiccup.

How about you? How does "full" feel for you?

Interesting question. I didn't think I felt much restriction yet, but I have felt what you are describing. Maybe I'm getting fuller than I thought. Would love some feedback from some experienced bandsters.

I've thought about this also and would love to hear what the more experienced folks have to say. Sometimes I start to get that golf ball feeling after just three or four bites and I've wondered does this mean I'm full or I just need to slow down, take smaller bites and chew more.:noidea:

I haven't been banded long, but I hiccup once or twice when I've had enough.
