What Do I Bring?

What should I pack? Of course, I have thought of the obvious like toothpast and what not, but what are the things that most people forget, or that you wish you would have brought with you?

Hey There!!

Happy New Years...
Are you talking about what you should bring to the hospital? Of course I brought a toothbrush and toothpaste and all that kind of stuff but the things I enjoyed the most were my facial wipes cloths (so refreshing), hand cream and soft booty socks. I also brought a housecoat and that was nice for walking around in. Finally, I also brought one of those body spray things, that made me feel good too so that I did not smell like "surgery". :)

Well hope this helps...good luck and congradulations.

Hugs

are you flying-how long will you be away from home--etc. I just got back from Monterrey--I had the surgery on 12/28 and came home on 12/31. If you are just going to an outpatient or overnight, the list would be different than if you are going to be gone a couple days

Chapstick - you'll be very dry after surgery.
A pillow for the ride home in the car -hold it against yourself so the bumps don't hurt so much.

Good luck!
