I was to be on the pre-op diet for seventeen days but I was lucky enough--my surgery was rescheduled and I was only on it nine days!
Here's what I would say to you: Try to get a protein shake in each day (hopefully powder, low carb) which will curb your appetite. Also, if you've begun working out, work out more! After working out, you really don't have much hunger. If you haven't started working out, now is your best time to start!!
And at the end of the day--go to bed early--you won't be thinking about and tempted by food!!
It is just terrific that you want to begin your new life as soon as possible!!
