week 3 HELP

I had my normal mash pots and peas for dinner 2 oz each but i had some meat loaf ( 1 tsp) is that ok to have hamberger???:omg:

you are just healing.three weeks your band is not tight at all,so you can have more of your hamburger.remember you need more protein.more protein is the way to go first.don't be afraid.i had my surgery on the 7th of this month june and i have no restriction at all.i am hungry ,so i eat every two hours,just alittle.:)

ok thank you so much for replying i also cannot abre to stomach anymore whey poweder drinks for some reson right now so i have been drinking dr atkins 1gm sugar 17 gm proetein shakes. Also slim fast makes a 1gm sugar and 20 gm protein shake also. thats ok ???? i hope so
