Vitamins

I was seeing a naturopath before my surgery and taking all kinds of vitamins. Now that i can't swallow pills, just wondering what vitamins is everyone taking or if you have any suggestions.

I was taking stuff for my thyroid, iron, to regulate my cycle.

thanks:help:

Hi. I started out with chewable Flintstones for kids. But, then I came across Viactiv for calcium and multi-vitamins. I prefer that because it's like a treat every time I take them. I have chocolate flavored, but did have caramel calcium. Wonderful.

I love the Viativ, both multivitamins and calcium. However, my nutritionist said I need to be taking calcium citrate and Viactiv doesn't use that. However, the multi-vitamin should still be fine.

I just need to find a good source of liquid or chewable glucosamine that doesn't cost an arm and a leg! :)

I ordered my vitamins from www.bbvitamins. They are especially formulated for bariatric patients. There are some for LAP-BAND® surgeries and some for gastric bypass. I was given some samples and they tasted really good.

Thanks! I just ordered a 90-day supply of multivitamins, calcium citrate, and iron. I also found a source of chewable glucosamine at Vitamins: Alternative Health Supplements & Vitamin Nutrition Supplements - VitaminShoppe.com. I think I'm set! :D

Hi, Mindy! I'm working or I would stop and chat but I wanted to say hi. Notice I have an appointment for my consultation. I'll talk to you more later! :whoo:

I take two Flintstone vitamins per day...they belong to my kids! They love sharing them with Mom.

I like the Centrum Orange Flavored Chewables. I take the chewable Oscal Calcium + D - they are flavored Lemon Chiffon - taste good. I also take a sub-lingual B-12 and Iron.

I saw a commercial for something called Joint Juice that I'm going to check into for my glucosamine. I just need to see how many calories and how much sugar.
