For post-op I went to Dr. Curry's site and bought the 'LAP-BAND® Starter Kit' he recommends--it has a chewable MVI and chewable calcium chews plus a container of whey protein. That's what I'll be using. I also bought Biotin to make sure most of my hair stays put, lol!

I take two flinstones a day...Doc says that all I need. I am going to buy some chewable calcium vitamins.

Initial loss after surgery: 10 pounds
First Fill April 27, 2007 1.5cc Lost 17 #
May 4, 2007 Lost 20# total
Second Fill 0.5 cc June 24, 2007
August 16, 2007 down 37 # total September 30, 2007 lost 45# total.
Third Fill October 13, 2007 November 13th
50 pounds total!
Fourth Fill 0.5 cc Jan. 2008 10 lbs from goal. of 125lbs
