Physical Therapy?????

Just curious as to why we need to see a physical therapist ??? I have my appt next week but may have to cancel since I don't think the ins will pay for two PTs. I am having PT on a severely sprained ankle with a different place. Hmmm.....

Goldthimble, I've never heard of physical therapy being part of the preop regimen. Why has it been prescribed for you? Are you sure you're not thinking of the psychological evaluation with a therapist?

Definitely no physical therapy required.

Hmmmm.......

This is very strange. But I did have to make an appointment with a PT. I guess I will have to call the co-ordinator and ask why. I never question it at my appt., I thought it was part of the process. Thank you for your replies.
