Question Pains that a CAT SCAN can't even see!!!!!!!!!!!

OK,
So I had surgery almost a week ago. The past two days I'm been dieing of pain. (Stabbing only on the right side) Just under my ribs. At first I was told, it was gas.
So I walk. Tried to drink more. Used a heating pad when the pain was sever.
Well, last night I didn't get much sleep because of the pain. Then when I did get up. It was so sever, I could barely walk. Thought I'd have to call 911.
Went to the ER and had a cat scan, they made sure it wasn't a blood clot, or any of the other organs on that side. Come to find out it wasn't even gas.
Now I'm home and still don't know what's wrong with me.........!
ANYONE with ideas or similar situations please commit!
Thanks
